CMAXX Dust & Fume Collector button
The CMAXX Dust and Fume Collection System stands as our toughest vertical cartridge dust collector. Its heavy-duty design boasts exceptional durability with no external bolt holes and a robust construction utilizing 7 and 10 gauge steel. This makes the CMAXX the most durable dust collector available on the market. Furthermore, the CMAXX seamlessly integrates all the features of our Safety Pentagon system, enhancing operational safety and simplifying filter change-outs.
CrownTech Arched Roof
The CMAXX is the industry’s first industrial dust collector to feature a fully welded, arched roof. This innovative design effectively discourages the accumulation of snow and ice, allowing for efficient water runoff instead of pooling on the unit’s surface. Furthermore, the arched roof prevents the formation of a concave depression on the roof due to internal air pressure.
Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty
The CMAXX is built to be the toughest, longest-lasting dust collector you can find. We’re so confident in its quality that we offer a lifetime warranty. This means we stand behind our promise of a top-notch product that’s designed to outlast anything else on the market. We want you to feel completely secure in your investment, knowing you’ve chosen the best dust collector available, backed by our commitment to excellence.
IDA Certification
Our flagship product is certified as an in-line deflagration arrester by independent third-party testing. This key feature effectively prevents the passage of a flame front through the dust collector. Our certified IDA is rated to withstand pressures up to 180 KST and 4 psi during a maximum dust explosion.
Shadow Compact Fume Extractor button
The Shadow is our basic fume extraction system that fills the need for a plug-and-play device. It is a simplified unit design for non-combustible dust applications such as manual welding, robotic welding, plasma cutting, and laser cutting. The optional built in HEPA after-filter handles tough materials like hexavalent chromium.
Easily Repositioned
The Shadow’s compact design facilitates easy movement throughout the shop using a forklift, allowing for seamless relocation as a company expands. Forklift pockets are integrated into select models for enhanced maneuverability.
Plug-and-Play Installation
The Shadow Compact Fume Extractor ships fully assembled, and the control panel is pre-wired for standard function. All that’s needed is power and compressed air before the unit is fully operational. This unit can also be run remotely for improved productivity.
Multi-Directional Inlet
The diverse inlet allows for a variety of installation configurations. This allows the ductwork to attach to the top, bottom, or sides of the inlet box. The Shadow can be easily connected for laser fume extraction, welding fume collection, and more.
