Production Control Assistant

This position has the primary responsibility of coordinating production through the equipment manufacturing process. Your duties will include daily scheduling, monitoring of raw materials, new order processing and interacting with the sale department in regards to order status.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated person with a high level of energy. To excel in this position, you must be highly organized and an outstanding problem-solver with exceptional communication skills.


  • Enter new orders from the sales department.
  • Complete reconciliation of daily inventory of raw materials
  • Coordinate with purchasing on raw material needs and forecasts.
  • Coordinate shipping of finished products.
  • Liaison between production and sales as to order status.
  • Maintaining and updating production schedule.
  • Reviewing individual orders to determine profitability percentage.
  • Working with accounting to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of shipped orders.
  • Other assignments as requested by Operations Manager.



  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Physically capable and available to work overtime.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be well- organized, neat and possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of and comfortable with Microsoft based computer programs.
Mechanical Designer

Imperial Systems has a new opportunity for an entry / mid-level Mechanical Designer. This position will include both new equipment and system design in the Industrial Air Filtration industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating / modifying 3D models in order to generate engineering drawings.
  • Developing Bills of Materials.
  • Effectively communicating with sales, manufacturing and purchasing.
  • Ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects from “cradle to grave”.


  • Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Min.).
  • Proficiency in Solidworks w/ a working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Aftermarket Sales

Established, rapidly growing company is looking for a highly motivated inside sales person to help grow the aftermarket sales business of our company.

This is an entry level position that will have duties including cold calling, maintaining a customer database, providing accurate quotations and other related sales tasks. Must be personable, have great telephone etiquette and a driven, winning attitude.

Service Technician

The Service Technician is a self-motivated individual responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, and start-up of Imperial Systems Air Pollution Control equipment.
