1. Armed/Reset Button

The reset button remains on until the container is full at which point it switches off until it is pushed for reset.

Dust Level Sensor Quick Overview

This video runs through the components of our Dust Level Sensor kits, which uses ultrasonic technology to detect and alert when a drum, bin, or other dust container is almost full. This saves the container from overflowing along with the cleanup and wasted time that causes. It also prevents dust from backing up into the collector, which can ruin your filters and cause your system to run inefficiently.

Dust Level Monitoring Made Easy

The Dust Level Sensor uses sonar to detect how much dust is in the collection container.

One panel monitors up to four containers.

The dust level sensor panel attaches easily to the leg of your dust collector or other attachment point. The sensor itself is attached to the lid of the collection container. The sensor sends a signal into the container and measures the speed of the return signal. This allows it to determine the level of dust in the container. When the sensor detects that the material is within approximately 6 inches, it will trigger a light on the panel. The light conveniently lets the operator see which container is full. An “armed/reset” button easily resets the sensor after the container is changed out.
