The customer was starting up their new company and needed a dust collection system for their cabinet/floor mill.  All new shapers, planers, molders, saws and sanding equipment would produce plenty of wood dust, chips and shavings for removal.  Fierce competition was involved in this one.

50,000 CFM was the calculated air volume requirement, and a 231 bag BRF would be part of the bid package.  Imperial Systems did a turnkey, providing all the necessary equipment including duct work and a cyclone prefilter.  The customer favored on-line cleaning systems, which slightly narrowed the competition.
