Jackson Center, Pennsylvania -  Cartridge Overbags are made to slip over most cartridge filters and will greatly extend the life of the cartridge filter.

In some applications, strands or fibrous dusts have a tendency to bridge across the filters, become wedged in the cartridge pleats and even stick to the media making pulse cleaning difficult.  Examples of this are:  Corn shelling, paper, fiberglass and hay compacting.  To prevent bridging and wedging, the nylon mesh cartridge overbags are fitted over the cartridge filter.
