Dust Collection Equipment & Components

We manufacture and sell dust collection ducts and fittings for a variety of applications.  Dust is directed through custom ducts into adjoining dust collectors such as baghouses or cyclones.   We custom make our ducts and fittings to create an efficient dust collector control system.

Standard products can be shipped same day. Our custom products can ship within two to three days on small orders and larger orders are usually two to three weeks. Most all of our products are made in house. We use only the highest quality metals and the best grade galvanized sheets.

This is the most common method of branching one line into another line. Generally when you tap into a line you increase the duct diameter. The tap can range from 90° to 15° although 45 ° is the most common. These taps can be made with or without rings. All fittings can be made Large End / Small End to use a slip connection for light gauge pipe.

All fittings are custom made and can be priced upon request. Prices may vary upon material requirements. Most generally fittings are two gauges heavier than the connecting duct.

These are supplied mostly for connecting to baghouses, cyclones, fans and machinery. They can be made with or without flanges. Bolt hole pattern can be made to match a custom pattern from machinery manufacturer's specs.

We custom build and design all types of hoods for different purposes. Hoods are designed based on the machinery exhaust requirements.
