Dresden, NY PRODUCTS: (2) BRF 13-416-12 with High Entry Inlets   (2) ISH-96 HE Cyclones  (2) ALHD-24 Airlocks CHALLENGE: The customer was one of the first power plants in the United States to convert a coal-fired power plant to a wood-fired.  By implementing our system, the coal usage has been reduced by 30%. SOLUTION The customer contacted Jeremiah Wann, President, to design a system to handle their tough application of handling all of the wood dust from the hammermills.  The engineer's at Imperial Systems, Inc. quickly got to work.  They specified two ISH-96 cyclones to separate the heavy material.  The fine material is filtered through two BRF units at a 6:1 air to cloth ratio. Despite the customer maintaining a long standing relationship with our competitors, we were able to gain the customers' trust by specifying high quality equipment.
